  • 24/7 Technical Support: A dedicated support center shall be established to provide immediate assistance to institutions, thereby ensuring minimal operational downtime and optimal system performance. This round-the-clock support guarantees that any technical issues, ranging from minor glitches to significant system malfunctions, are addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining uninterrupted communication services.
  • Proactive Maintenance: A schedule for routine inspections and preventative maintenance shall be implemented to ensure the longevity and reliability of the system.
